Festival Rules

(For Rules in their entirety reference the Soccer Maine Handbook)

Coaches

-All players and coaches must sign in at the Registration Table as a team and in person 30 Minutes before their first game. At this time a complete roster will be checked against player passes.

-Once the Festival starts teams must be at their scheduled field 15 Minutes before game time.

-Referees will call for Captains for the next game immediately after the conclusion of the game on the field. The schedule is very tight and referees will be tasked to keep on schedule, please do your part to see we stay on schedule.

-Each team must provide a suitable game ball for each game. U11’s will use a size 4 Ball. Suitability of the ball is the sole determination of the referee.

-Each team will play 3- 25-minute ½ games in the morning and 1- full, 2-25 min halves, game in the afternoon. All 6 fields are located at the same site, adjacent to each other. Park once and stay the day. See the attached field map. All Players receive a Medal of participation.

Players

Players will not be permitted to play or participate in the tournament if player is not on the team roster as provided by Soccer Maine.

Friends and Family

A Full Concession stand will be available all day long beside the Registration Area.

Registration Table will be located in rear of the Concession stand.

Parking will be at a premium. Parking attendants will be there to help use both lots. There will be a drop off area for the players and senior citizens near the fields. Once dropped off please move your car to the parking lots. Handicapped spaces will be available.

Port-a-Potties will be located next to the Power/Telephone pole.

Smoking is not allowed anywhere in or near the CASC Complex.

Dogs are not and will not be allowed in the CASC Complex.

From I-95 N or S: Take New Exit 113. Follow Rte 3E to the 4th Stop Light. Take a right onto Church Hill Road at the light. Proceed thru the 1st Stoplight. The Road changes to Cony Road. Follow this to the 2nd Stoplight. This is the intersection of Rte 17(Eastern Ave). Proceed straight thru the light. In ¼ mile you will see the Sign and Entrance to the CARA Complex on your right. Take a right onto the Piggery Rd.
