Send registration payments to CASC Registrar  PO Box 2222 Augusta ME  04330
To register players for fall travel teams:

2.  Click the blue button, complete the form.

3.  Print two Certificates of  Registration.

4.  Send a Certificate of Registration, a copy of the players birth certificate*, and your payment to CASC Registrar, PO Box 2222, Augusta, ME, 04330.

5.  Keep the second copy of your certificate for your records. Your coach will contact you with information and practice times.

 *Submit a birth certificate if you did not in 2007.
